New e-ticket with Riga sight is ready

As of today, August 1, yellow e-tickets with a new Riga sight will become gradually available to everybody. 4 million of new yellow e-tickets will be issued in total.

The design of yellow e-tickets is changed twice a year. In summer, it is decorated with a photo of Riga sights and in winter with a drawing made by a child.

Despite the new design, the functions and usage of yellow e-tickets in public transport do not change. Passengers can buy yellow e-tickets with tickets for a certain number of trips, time tickets and group tickets.

“Rīgas satiksme” reminds that e-tickets are available in more than 400 retail places, including public transport terminals, ticket vending machines etc. A map with e-ticket outlets is available at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
